👋 Hey I’m Luna!
Before founding Mirror Life, I started my entrepreneurial journey back in 2021 and built an AI companion app that helped over a million user find healing and comfort. What I didn't know back then was that, through all the testing and chatting with AI, I'd end up healing myself too.
All my life I had been so focused on chasing success - good schools, high paying jobs, brand name employers, and even raising money for my last venture was somehow a stamp of approval that I craved in the Silicon Valley startup culture. Somewhere along the way, I became empty inside and lost sight of what really mattered.
In 2023, I hit rock bottom. Burned out from the startup grind, isolated from friends and family, and heartbroken from a toxic relationship, I took a year off to do nothing else other than finding myself back. As I slowly healed myself, my life purpose also became clearer to me, and that's when Mirror Life was born to help others on their own journey of healing and growing.
Meet Rachel
👋 Hi it’s Rachel!
I have built a career in corporate and personal leadership coaching, but I’m also an avid proponent for self-coaching. Ten years ago, after a painful breakup, I unexpectedly found my way into therapy.
The more I explored my own heart and mind, the more I knew I had to pursue coaching. I immersed myself in the process, and through it, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of clients from all walks of life as they reset and transform their paths.
But here’s the thing—what I never expected was how much coaching would transform me. In every conversation, I’ve seen myself reflected back—my strengths, my fears, my wounds—and I’ve done the hard work of healing and growing too. I’ve rebuilt my relationships with my family, and most importantly, I’ve redefined what intimacy and connection mean to me. It’s been a deep, emotional journey, and every step has shaped who I am today.
